The products
What is the difference between Immortelle oil and essential oil?
Immortelle oil is a macerate: flowers left to steep in grapeseed oil in the sun, ready to apply to the skin. The essential oil is obtained by steam distillation: it is very concentrated and used in small amounts. It is all explained in Immortelle oil or essential oil.
Which product should I choose?
It depends on the use: oil for face and body, serum for a face routine, floral water as a mist, essential oil for those who know them. Our guide: Which Immortelle product to choose.
How do I use Immortelle oil?
It is ready to use: massage it onto the skin every day. The directions for each product are on its label and its product page. In detail: How to use Immortelle oil.
Are there any precautions?
Yes. Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes, keep them out of reach of children and stop using them if irritation occurs. Because of the essential oils, several products are not recommended during pregnancy: check the label. See our precautions for use.

Where are your products made?
In Calvi, Corsica, on our farm. We grow, harvest and distill ourselves. See our story.
Are your products organic?
The farm has been certified organic since 2008 (Bureau Veritas, FR-BIO-10). On the label, an asterisk marks each organic ingredient. See our certification.
Orders and shipping
Where do parcels ship from?
From our farm in Calvi, with a tracking number, by standard delivery or to a pickup point. In France, standard delivery is free up to 250 g. Shipping rates are shown before payment. See shipping.
I am ordering from the United States: what changes?
Prices are shown in US dollars and include US customs duties. Your parcel is shipped with Delivengo, a La Poste service, with tracking.
