Natural does not mean without precautions. Essential oils are concentrated products, and each of our products carries its own precautions on the label. We have gathered them here, product by product. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
Rules common to all our products
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Allergens to know about
Some products contain food-derived ingredients to which people can be allergic: sesame (dry oil, serum, Super Serum) and soy (serum). Essential oils also naturally contain compounds such as limonene or linalool, listed in the ingredients. Each product page details them in the "Ingredients" tab.
The skin test, in practice
- Apply a small amount of the product (diluted, for an essential oil) to the crook of the elbow.
- Wait 48 hours without washing the area.
- If there is no redness or itching, you can use the product.
During pregnancy
Immortelle oil, the dry oil, the serum and the Super Serum are not recommended during pregnancy: it is printed on their labels, and we prefer to follow it strictly. For pure essential oils, ask your doctor before any use.
Storage
Close the bottles tightly and keep them away from heat and light. The batch number is printed on the bottle.
